About the role
- Design, evolve, and manage solutions within the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), ensuring continuous integration between teams and systems.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring scalability, security, and traceability.
- Create and enhance robust CI/CD pipelines, applying automation and observability practices.
- Work closely with multiple development and operations squads to optimize delivery and integration workflows.
- Apply modern GitOps practices, promoting governance and consistency across the application lifecycle.
- Implement and manage deployment automation tools and configuration for distributed environments.
- Design and enforce security and compliance policies within the corporate platform.
- Provide technical support to LatAm squads, acting as a technical reference and facilitator of engineering and architecture best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (administration, deployment, troubleshooting).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS).
- Advanced experience with Docker.
- Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud (managed services, networking, security, pipelines).
- Knowledge of Terraform (modules, multi-environment provisioning).
- Development experience with Node.js + TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps practices.
- Proficiency in source control with Git (branching, merging, PRs, tagging).
