About the role

  • Support a financial services client together with CI&T;
  • Perform code quality testing;
  • Develop test automation;
  • Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including refinement, development, testing, and deployment;
  • Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements;
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices;
  • Work collaboratively with team members and clients, fostering a productive and harmonious environment;
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, facilitating information exchange and alignment of objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Java and Rest Assured for test automation development;
  • Interest in learning about generative AI and using it as an accelerator for testing activities;
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework;
  • Familiarity with pipelines and CI/CD tools such as GitLab;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products;
  • Understanding of agile concepts (SCRUM, KANBAN), including dailies, sprints, and reviews.
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of generative AI;
  • Experience with Jira and Octane;
  • Experience with Azure Cloud.
