About the role
- Good communication with the team and the client, providing clarity on day-to-day activities;
- Technical refinement;
- Maintain and develop applications in COBOL integrating with databases;
- Anticipate opportunities and problems, acting quickly and effectively by developing preventive solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in COBOL programming;
- Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, JCL, CHANGEMAN, TSO, VSAM and debugging tools;
- DB2 and SQL databases;
- Familiarity with mainframe development environments;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience with Hexavision.
