About the role

  • Interaction Monitoring: Collect and mine data from large volumes of conversation logs to identify behavior patterns and flow bottlenecks.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate response failures, understand logic deviations, and provide detailed insights for the curation team to adjust content.
  • KPI Management: Create, maintain, and evolve dashboards focused on key indicators such as:
  • Intent Accuracy: Did the AI understand the correct intent?
  • Resolution Rate: Was the user’s problem resolved without human intervention?
  • Factual Accuracy: Is the response factual and technically correct?
  • Strategic Reporting: Translate technical data into executive reports to facilitate decision-making about investments and changes to the AI engine.
  • Benchmarking: Run A/B tests and performance comparisons to measure the impact of new adjustments or model updates.

Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of programming logic or log analysis tools (SQL is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CX (Customer Experience) metrics and chatbot/NLP performance.
  • Critical thinking to identify bias and logical errors in language models.
