About the role
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, offering mentorship, guidance and ongoing support.
- Design, review and implement solutions using .NET 8.0 and C#, ensuring quality, performance and scalability.
- Take a direct role in architectural decisions, defining technical standards and strategies.
- Integrate backend systems with Angular 16+, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Apply and promote best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID and architectural patterns.
- Ensure code quality through technical code reviews, unit tests and solid testing strategies (xUnit).
- Plan, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and Git/GitFlow.
- Work on messaging and queue architecture using Azure Service Bus.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product and stakeholders, ensuring technical alignment and high-impact deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Tech Lead on complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and distributed architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Angular in frontend environments.
- Experience mentoring team members, conducting code reviews and developing people.
- Experience with automated testing (xUnit).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Experience with version control using Git and GitFlow.
- Technical English for reading documentation and interacting with international teams.
