About the role

  • Understand the project’s technical needs, actively participating in inceptions and technical refinements;
  • Propose and implement solutions that leverage GenAI to optimize operations and processes;
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable, high-performance solutions;
  • Perform system integrations, transforming and transmitting information efficiently;
  • Implement and structure automated tests (TDD) to ensure the quality of deliverables;
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team;
  • Support the team with technical questions and promote the growth of colleagues’ skills;
  • Foster the development of successors within the team.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Software Architect with a focus on designing and developing backend and frontend solutions;
  • Experience with Java 17+;
  • Knowledge of ReactJS;
  • Experience with Spring Boot;
  • Cloud skills with AWS;
  • Design patterns for microservices;
  • Micro Frontend design patterns;
  • API development in Java with Spring Boot;
  • Development of responsive and intuitive front-ends;
  • Relational databases and their management;
  • Microservices development;
  • Implementation of automated tests following the test pyramid strategy;
  • Effective communication to ensure alignment across all team members;
  • Deep understanding of business needs and technical refinement;
  • Maintenance of code quality and adoption of programming best practices;
  • Critical analysis and a continuous drive to improve processes and solutions;
  • Unit and integration testing.
