About the role
- Lead technical decisions and address complex business challenges alongside clients and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices, code quality, and technical development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Propose and develop innovative, strategic solutions with the team for assigned projects.
- Serve as a technical reference within high-performance agile teams on international contracts.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Node.js
- Extensive experience designing and implementing REST APIs, including API versioning and best practices
- Experience with unit testing and solid coding practices, with the ability to mentor others on coding standards
- Experience with the AWS cloud ecosystem and cloud architecture patterns
- Experience with continuous integration environments
- Passion for coding, knowledge sharing, and innovation
- Active mentorship of junior and mid-level developers
- Nice to have
- An AI-first mindset and experience integrating workflows with generative AI agents
- Experience with the GCP cloud ecosystem
- Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Services (AEM, AEP, Target)
- Advanced English skills for international client communication and technical presentations
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Java
- Experience with Jenkins and Terraform
- Some front-end development experience with frameworks such as React or Vue.js
