About the role

  • Contribute to the evolution of a modernization workflow supported by Artificial Intelligence.
  • Explore, test, and apply AI tools and models in the context of software development.
  • Use and enhance development support tools and practices, with special focus on GitHub Copilot.
  • Identify technical gaps during modernization processes and propose improvements.
  • Support other teams in understanding and using the modernization framework developed by the team.
  • Work collaboratively with senior developers and architects.
  • Plan and manage your own activities, ensuring organization, meeting deadlines, and clarity of priorities.
  • Report status, progress, and impediments clearly and objectively.
  • Share technical knowledge and learnings with the team.

Requirements

  • Backend experience: Proficiency in Java, using Spring Boot and Gradle.
  • Frontend experience: Proficiency in TypeScript and Angular (willingness to deepen knowledge in these technologies is essential).
  • AI fluency: Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence tools to support development and automation.
  • Self-management: Ability to organize your own tasks, meet deadlines, and report progress without the need for micromanagement.
  • Technical curiosity: Genuine interest in following market releases, new AI models, and technology trends.
  • Proactive profile: Initiative to seek automation solutions and solve complex modernization problems.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Previous experience in software modernization or refactoring projects.
  • Intermediate level of English.
