About the role
- Managing the complete data lifecycle, from data generation through ETL pipelines to data enablement.
- Data Architecture & Infrastructure: understanding the technical architecture and infrastructure that support the organization’s data needs, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
- Task Prioritization: working with technical and business teams to understand their data needs and priorities, effectively communicating the value of data initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and defining the roadmap while balancing competing stakeholder demands.
- Data Profiling: analyzing data types, relationships, patterns, and trends to gain a deeper understanding of the data.
- Requirements Definition: collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document data requirements, ensuring they are clear, specific, achievable, and define how data should be presented for consumption.
- Business Process: understanding business workflows to make appropriate assumptions about sources, entities, and attributes needed to answer business questions.
- Validation: validating the product with users to ensure it meets their needs and expectations, using data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Performance Analysis: monitoring and analyzing product performance using metrics and KPIs to assess success; tracking the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments and using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- AI Integration: supporting the incorporation of AI into team workflows to accelerate performance.
- Team Leadership: leading cross-functional teams (including data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists) to develop and deliver high-quality data products; attracting, retaining, and developing top data talent through mentoring, training, and growth opportunities to build motivated teams.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience working with international clients
- Previous experience in data and analytics
- Previous experience in project management
