About the role
- Understand customer business problems and pain points;
- Write high-quality software code;
- Perform code reviews;
- Help to solve business problems;
- Work with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model;
- Communicate in English, actively participating in meetings and reviewing and writing technical documents.
Requirements
- Proven working experience with backend development using Java for services and APIs.
- Working experience with SpringBoot.
- Experience with AWS services (OpenSearch, SQS, Glue, IAM/KMS).
- Knowledge about integration with mainframes and user database.
- Proven experience with automated test development and understanding the Test Pyramid concept.
- Deep understanding of GIT.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies.
- Advanced English (daily contact with people outside Brazil).
- Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of AWS tools.
