About the role
- Analyze and document existing business processes and propose improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Participate in validating implemented solutions to ensure they meet client needs.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings between stakeholders and the technical team.
- Map processes and user journeys to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Support product backlog prioritization based on business value.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology areas, translating needs into solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced spoken English is essential as you will work with global teams.
- Facilitation and leading solution-focused agendas and workshops.
