About the role

  • Perform daily access provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Periodically review access controls
  • Support and assist audits in access reviews to identify and mitigate risks related to the company's security and governance policies
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM processes and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of IAM solutions with the existing architecture
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identities and access
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects for IAM practices, proposing new solutions and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IAM within corporate environments is required
  • Familiarity with information security concepts and best practices
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
