About the role
- Explore and analyze data to identify opportunities, patterns and insights relevant to process improvement and customer experience.
- Develop and/or apply concepts of agents and multi-agent systems for automation, insights generation and decision support.
- Create analytical reports and executive presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate results clearly and strategically.
- Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives, including data profiling and enrichment techniques.
- Document methodologies, processes and results in an accessible and organized manner.
- Analyze customer master data to find major gaps, missing information, duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Perform analyses to identify the root cause or drivers of issues.
- Execute descriptive and exploratory analyses to generate insights.
- Propose data-driven solutions to improve master data quality.
- Conduct A/B tests and backtests with vendors to validate hypotheses.
- Apply sampling techniques for comparative data studies.
- Create agents and multi-agent systems for automation and opportunity discovery.
- Prepare presentations to present results to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in creating agents and multi-agent systems applied to data analysis.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure and Databricks).
- Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint) and analytical reports.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and data quality.
- Desirable: knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and modern data analysis techniques.
- Differentials:
- Experience with projects involving automation of analyses and insights generation.
- Knowledge of AI platforms (Azure ML, Databricks).
- Participation in data governance or MDM – Master Data Management initiatives.
- Development of algorithms and statistical models for Golden Record.
- Work on data quality and governance projects.
- Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks or other AI platforms.
- Experience as a Product Owner.
