Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL
- Understanding of databases
- Ability to conduct incident investigations
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting logs
- Experience using and creating service scripts
- Experience supporting complex technical solutions composed of multiple components from different vendors, which integrate through various integration types (services, queues, files), is a differentiator.
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Spanish language skills
