About the role
- Work with a product focus, collaborating from discovery through to delivery.
- Create and improve mobile and web interfaces, producing wireframes, prototypes, and complete user flows.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System and ensure its consistent application.
- Participate in qualitative and quantitative research, interpreting data to guide decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, co-creation activities, and discovery rituals.
- Apply accessibility guidelines (WCAG) to all deliverables.
- Document hypotheses, results, and processes clearly.
- Work closely with Product Managers (PMs) and technical teams, presenting and defending design solutions based on evidence.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, bringing new approaches and references to the product.
- Use AI to optimize processes, testing, analysis, and design stages.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience building and evolving digital products, preferably in financial environments.
- Experience with Design Systems (creation, maintenance, and application).
- Experience designing for mobile and web.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience with UX Research (interviews, usability testing, analyses).
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Proactive mindset with critical thinking and a focus on impact.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, technology, and business teams.
