About the role
- Support the development and evolution of learning programs, internship programs, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to map and optimize learning initiatives and strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and align team needs with business objectives.
- Develop and refine systems and processes to effectively support the business.
- Work with development teams to map needs and prioritize the implementation of opportunities through value engineering.
- Lead the communication strategy for learning products to employees.
Requirements
- Experience with learning initiatives and corporate training, etc.
- Experience in project management;
- Advanced English, both written and verbal.
