About the role
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for digital solutions
- Design and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and create efficient workflows
- Collaborate closely with onsite and nearshore development and design teams
- Produce and maintain high-quality requirements documentation, user stories, and use cases
- Develop test cases and acceptance criteria for Business Acceptance Tests (BAT)
- Manage tracking, change management, and configuration management
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to support decision-making
- Apply your knowledge of Agile practices
- Work with technical teams to define and implement effective caching strategies
- Ensure that all digital solutions follow cryptography best practices
- Participate in system design discussions
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent, with 4–6 years of experience in the software development industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience with Agile projects, especially Scrum methodology
- Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Creative problem solver
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms and experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) using Gherkin are a plus
- Understanding of caching strategies and their impact on system performance is essential
