About the role

  • Account Management & Customer Success
  • Maintain, update and evolve the Account Plan (pipeline, stakeholders, opportunities, risks).
  • Organize and run QBRs/MBRs, internal rituals and alignments between Sales, CX, Marketing and Delivery.
  • Consolidate and maintain the account information hub (history, org chart, results, insights, use cases).
  • Translate deliveries and results into value narratives for managers, directors and C-level executives.
  • Marketing, ABM and Strategy
  • Design, execute and monitor 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies (campaigns, content, executive events, narratives, social listening).
  • Define and track journeys, hypotheses, tests and end-to-end measurement of results.
  • Lead initiatives that connect Marketing & Sales, ensuring predictability, quality and impact.
  • Support the marketing team in creating strategic content (storytelling, insights, presentations, research, POVs).
  • Market Intelligence & Data
  • Gather, interpret and transform market information into actionable insights for the team and the business.
  • Perform social listening, competitive analysis and monitor industry movements.
  • Create and test hypotheses based on data, connecting metrics to strategic actions.
  • Track relevant journey KPIs (engagement, pipeline, opportunities, ROI, etc.).
  • Work with CRM, insights and monitoring tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Pipedrive).

Requirements

  • Be based in São Paulo for client visits.
  • Senior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, B2B/ABM Marketing, Growth or Sales Ops.
  • Practical experience using generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, copilots, CRM automations, data enrichment) to increase productivity in account analysis, QBRs, meeting scripts, ABM and client communications.
  • Experience managing enterprise B2B accounts (preferably in technology, consulting or services).
  • Analytical, curious, inquisitive and data-driven profile.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with both technical teams and executives.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-up skills.
  • Hands-on and comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.
