About the role
- Ensure efficient and compliant use of software
- Support technical teams and contribute to optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Required:
- Proven experience in software asset management (SAM) and with inventory/licensing tools
- Experience with Snow Software (Assessment or License Manager)
- Understanding of software licensing models
- Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and recommend improvements/optimizations
- Experience in software validation and approval processes
- Advanced English (conversational)
- Preferred:
- Experience in IT cost optimization (FinOps / ITAM)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT governance
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and support technical areas
- Competencies:
- Attention to detail and strong compliance focus
- Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities
- Good communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
