About the role
- Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies and go-to-market plans
- Create repeatable plays (strategic and tactical) that help positioning CI&T core capabilities at a global level.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape compelling and competitive commercial proposals
- Align business opportunities across multiple units and geographies, ensuring consistency and value creation
- Educate sales teams on available global offerings portfolio.
- Support the identification of market trends and strategic growth opportunities
- Facilitate strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales strategy function
Requirements
- Strong experience working in technology companies, with a solid track record in B2B sales strategy
- Experience building and leading strategic sales initiatives at a national and international level
- Advanced English proficiency for global business communication
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Expertise in designing and optimizing commercial models and go-to-market approaches
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with B2B sales operations and CRM/sales automation platforms
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working across functions to achieve business goals
- Nice to have
- Experience with consulting or professional services environments
- Working knowledge of Generative AI and CI&T Flow platform
