About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Create repeatable plays (strategic and tactical) that help positioning CI&T core capabilities at a global level.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape compelling and competitive commercial proposals
  • Align business opportunities across multiple units and geographies, ensuring consistency and value creation
  • Educate sales teams on available global offerings portfolio.
  • Support the identification of market trends and strategic growth opportunities
  • Facilitate strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales strategy function

Requirements

  • Strong experience working in technology companies, with a solid track record in B2B sales strategy
  • Experience building and leading strategic sales initiatives at a national and international level
  • Advanced English proficiency for global business communication
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing commercial models and go-to-market approaches
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with B2B sales operations and CRM/sales automation platforms
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across functions to achieve business goals
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with consulting or professional services environments
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI and CI&T Flow platform
