About the role
- Implement lower-complexity enhancements and resolve bug fixes to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Update workflows, validation rules, and reports to ensure optimal performance and compliance with business requirements.
- Work alongside Senior Developers and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure stable releases and seamless integration of changes into the Salesforce environment.
- Assist in change management processes and testing activities to validate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce configuration or development.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Lightning App Builder.
- Solid understanding of change management processes and testing methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (nice-to-have).
