About the role
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances user experience.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
- Manage and optimize the Contentstack environment, including creating and configuring content models, managing workflows, and ensuring best practices for content governance.
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation and management to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools; generate reports to measure engagement, conversion rates, and overall content effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, and marketing) to ensure alignment on content initiatives. Provide training and support for team members on using Contentstack effectively.
- Regularly audit existing content for relevance, accuracy, and performance; recommend and implement improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in content management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience with Contentstack or similar headless CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of content management systems, web analytics, and SEO.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with web development concepts is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
