About the role
- Support the Tech Lead in technical and architecture decisions;
- Serve as a technical reference for the team, mentoring and training other developers;
- Develop and enhance services and APIs in Python and Node.js;
- Refine technical stories, ensuring clarity and quality in deliverables;
- Implement automated tests and engineering best practices;
- Integrate and consume Generative AI APIs securely and efficiently;
- Promote the use of AI across the development lifecycle (code, documentation, troubleshooting);
- Support maturity in observability and operational reliability;
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support the internal developer community.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python and Node.js (Next.js, NestJS, or Express);
- Experience with REST APIs and, preferably, GraphQL/Webhooks;
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices (IaC, automation, containers, orchestration);
- Knowledge of information security and secrets management;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases;
- Experience with observability (logs, tracing, metrics, APM);
- Experience in automated testing and continuous quality;
- Experience with AI tools applied to development and an interest in fostering this culture;
- Strong technical communication and structured documentation (with AI support);
- Experience in technical mentorship and support.
