About the role
- Participate in refinement meetings, translating business requirements into source code; develop and document efficient, functional solutions according to specifications.
- Follow architectural guidelines and relevant best practices throughout the development process.
- Ensure the quality of produced code by identifying and fixing defects and technical issues.
- Investigate, identify, and resolve issues related to code, data, or environments.
- Work collaboratively with the development team, participating in the team's ceremonies/rituals for the framework in use and contributing to the project's efficiency and productivity.
- Keep up to date with technologies and trends relevant to the project, continuously improving technical skills.
- Collaborate in defining time and resource estimates required for development activities.
- Perform testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure correct functioning of the software.
- Document the developed code and the associated technical processes.
- Implement and optimize algorithms and automation processes using AI techniques to improve workflows, reduce delivery time, and increase operational efficiency.
