About the role
- Design and implement modern data pipelines (ELT/ETL) in cloud environments, applying DataOps practices
- Develop layered architecture (bronze/silver/gold) for data processing and transformation
- Create and maintain APIs and integrations with various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Compliance)
- Implement data governance, quality, and security standards (LGPD, handling of sensitive data)
- Establish monitoring and observability for data pipelines
- Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to provide reliable datasets for reports and dashboards
- Actively participate in discovery phases to map sources, data quality, and data contracts
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (PySpark is a plus)
- Experience with pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Step Functions or similar)
- Proficiency in data transformation tools (dbt or similar)
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift)
- Knowledge of data modeling for both transactional and analytical processing
- Experience integrating via APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices applied to data pipelines
- Experience with data versioning tools and data quality testing
- Knowledge of privacy and data protection standards (PII/PHI)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva) or similar
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Knowledge of data mesh or data fabric frameworks
