About the role
- You will be responsible for building the software necessary to meet the project's objectives.
- Your mission is to translate business requirements into source code, following existing architectural definitions and established processes to ensure consistency and transparent development progress for the client and management.
- Your critical analysis is essential for quality assurance, producing consistent code and investigating and resolving any technical issues that arise during development.
- Participate in refinement meetings, translating business requirements into source code, and developing and documenting efficient, functional solutions according to requirements;
- Adhere to architectural definitions and relevant best practices during the development process;
- Ensure the quality of produced code by identifying and fixing defects and technical issues;
- Investigate, identify and resolve problems related to code, data, or environments;
- Work collaboratively with the development team, participating in the framework's rituals/ceremonies and contributing to the project's efficiency and productivity;
- Keep up to date with technologies and trends relevant to the project, continuously improving your technical skills;
- Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate in defining time and resource estimates required for development activities;
- Perform testing and validation of developed solutions, ensuring correct software operation;
- Document the developed code and related technical processes;
- Implement and optimize algorithms and automation processes using AI techniques to improve workflows, reduce delivery time, and increase operational efficiency;
- Develop and maintain systems that promote continuous delivery and effective integration of new technologies, aligned with the /Flow strategy.
Requirements
- Required experience in development with React (TypeScript) and Java (Spring);
- Required experience integrating corporate systems with Oracle HCM Cloud (via Oracle REST APIs and SOAP Web Services) OR experience customizing screens or extensions in Oracle HCM using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) or Oracle Application Composer.
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases;
- Experience with code versioning tools (Git, Azure DevOps Repos);
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs;
- Experience with development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, testing, code review).
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model;
