About the role
- Manage the full lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development through deployment and optimization.
- Define strategy and product roadmaps and lead delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define data requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee data architecture, data pipelines, and governance to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.
- Monitor performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, data science) to deliver high-impact solutions while fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience working with international clients
- Previous experience in the data and analytics domain
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience with value-based prioritization and risk management
- Team leadership experience
- Nice to have
- Experience in Data Platform, Data Visualization, or Data Migration
- Experience with major Azure cloud platform services
- Experience migrating data platforms to the cloud
- Experience building data platforms both on-premises and in the cloud
- Experience with widely used operational tools such as HubSpot, Workday, Segment, or Braze
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with AI/ML
