About the role
- Lead a development team, providing technical guidance and inspiring leadership
- Lead the initiative to adopt CI&T's new development model, deeply integrated with AI using Flow
- Promote tracking of metrics to monitor the engineering team's maturity
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the development backlog, ensuring delivery of business value
- Design, develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring system quality and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with software engineering best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development
- Work alongside the architecture team on the tribe's technical evolution, participating in and leading engineering and architecture initiatives
Requirements
- Experience serving as a point of contact for clients
- Clear, concise communication skills, able to navigate between technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in Java development with Spring Boot
- Experience developing with React or Angular and building web applications
- Experience with messaging services (Kafka)
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Aptitude to participate in AI acceleration initiatives, including experimenting with Flow's new agents, promoting a culture of continuous learning across the team
- Differentials:
