- Understand business processes within an organization/product.
- Understand/create user personas and user journeys.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for an organization/product.
- Collaborate with the product owners to understand technical and business requirements.
- Support product teams with feature prioritization.
- Producing high-level prototyping through wireframes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs can be developed.
- Complete UI/UX check on the implementation.
- Help streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma.
- Advanced English.
