About the role
- Work alongside CI&T to serve a client in the education sector.
- Implement context-specific AI agents aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity in downstream processes.
- Participate in the delivery and technical advocacy of solutions for the evolution of consumer digital credit products and solutions.
- Manage dependencies, conflicts, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams.
- Support the tracking of technical and business metrics and indicators.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to oversee the technical development of the team.
- Implement modern Software Engineering practices within teams and for the client.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
