About the role
- Act as the Procurement team's point of contact to handle purchasing requests for goods and services;
- Develop, register, and evaluate local suppliers;
- Conduct contract, services, and purchasing negotiations, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Serve internal stakeholders by answering questions and providing support via chat and email;
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to established agreements;
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of orders, quotes, contracts, and other procurement documents;
- Assist in procurement data analysis to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in domestic purchasing and procurement administrative tasks;
- Experience with procurement management tools and ERP systems;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/spreadsheets;
- Organized, with a sense of priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Availability for a hybrid work model in Campinas (SP).
- Preferred qualifications:
- Intermediate English;
- Experience with Oracle ERP;
- Experience in import processes and/or logistics.
