About the role
- Design and implement data integration pipelines (ETL/ELT) between the portal and corporate systems, with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Create staging and consolidation layers to unify information on events, participants, approvals, and costs.
- Develop APIs and connectors for data consumption and transmission (e.g., C3 Compliance API, SAP/Ariba, Veeva CRM).
- Ensure data quality and integrity by applying validations and compliance-sensitive business rules.
- Support the analytics team in making datasets available for reports and dashboards (ROI, NPS, KPIs).
- Collaborate with systems architects, business analysts, and backend teams to define data contracts (schemas, APIs, payloads, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong experience in Data Engineering / DataOps, preferably in an AWS environment (S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions).
- Proficiency in Python / SQL / PySpark.
- Experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) — especially with ERP systems (SAP), CRM (Veeva/Health Cloud), and compliance systems (C3).
- Knowledge of data governance and security (LGPD, HIPAA, encryption at rest/in transit).
- Experience monitoring pipelines (Airflow, CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar).
- Ability to build relational and analytical data models (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling).
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is desirable (to support the reporting team).
