About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate billing statements according to relevant client agreements and fee schedules
  • Distribute billing statements to clients
  • Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
  • Track and manage aged accounts receivables
  • Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients
  • Work with the Data Integrity and Reporting team to maintain accurate billing-related data in the Portfolio Management system
  • Update client billing information when necessary
  • Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, and Microsoft Suite, or competency/ability to learn quickly
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requests
  • Able to work independently
  • Enjoy being part of a team
  • Must be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm matters
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents for U.S. employment opportunities, subject to stated exceptions
  • Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged sitting and computer work
  • May be required to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Required to work onsite 4 days per week
