Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a critical leadership role within the IT department, overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and related integrations.
This position will lead a team of Salesforce Administrators, acting as a key trainer for both the team and organization.
Overall, this role will ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce to support the mission and operational needs of the CRCNA.

Requirements
Able to support the mission, vision, and values of the CRCNA.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows, including complex automation and orchestration.
Strong proficiency in Apex code, including triggers, classes, and SOQL/SOSL.
Proven experience with integration tools, preferably Make.com.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals.
Excellent training skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Significant experience as a Salesforce Administrator is required.
Experience working with nonprofit organizations is preferred.
