About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strengthen and expand the use of the Timothy Leadership Training (TLT) program primarily in Anglophone contexts.
  • Maintain regular contact with ministries and churches that are using the training in leadership development programs.
  • Consult with TLT coordinators and trainers concerning TLT methodology, requirements, and best practices, and develop curricular resources.
  • Facilitate TLT training, develop and revise curricular resources for the TLT program.
  • Other duties as assigned by the TLT Program Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professing membership in a Christian Reformed congregation, or of a church in communion with the CRCNA, and agreement with the doctrine of the church signified by signing a covenant statement.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promote a work environment that values diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Willingness to maintain a positive attitude and respectful relationships with others.
  • A proactive, disciplined, self-motivated work style.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, and social media tools.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in theology, education, intercultural studies, or a related field is required. A master's degree in one of these areas is preferred.
  • Experience: Intermediate experience in pastoral ministry and church leadership training is preferred.
