About the role
- Support Sales Representatives in handling customer inquiries and orders
- Assist in the preparation of trade shows and exhibitions
- Organize and ship materials to our Sales Representatives and directly to customers
- Record and maintain data in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and, if applicable, SAP
- Assist in managing and maintaining our inventory/stock
Requirements
- Advanced/enrolled degree program in Economics or Business Administration
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP is an advantage but not required
- Communicative and passionate about your work
