About the role
- Support Sales Representatives in handling customer inquiries and orders
- Assist with trade show and event preparation
- Organize and ship materials to our Sales Representatives and directly to customers
- Record and maintain data in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and, where applicable, SAP
- Support the management and maintenance of our inventory
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for your work
