About the role
- Actively engage with followers and new contacts via Instagram/Facebook DMs
- Identify potential leads and qualify them for an initial consultation
- Work from a proven script while remaining human, authentic, and empathetic
- Maintain daily DM statistics and provide feedback on conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams — including as a freelancer
- Contribute ideas to increase community engagement and help shape our sales process
