Requirements

  • Completed training as a customer advisor or sales specialist is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to follow established processes.
  • Quick comprehension and strong discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • A calm and pleasant voice.
  • Excellent standard German (Hochdeutsch) with accurate, error-free written expression.
  • Prior experience in online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc. is an advantage but not necessary.
