About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-value client opportunities;

- Drive opportunities from introduction to close;

- Translate relationships into referrals;

- Deliver wealth strategies;
- Close and onboard new clients;
- Leverage planning, investment, tax, and estate capabilities to deliver cohesive recommendations;
- Establish presence in Austin;
- Build COI relationships;
- Expand local brand visibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or advisory.
- Proven ability to originate and close business.
- Experience with CPA or professional services networks.
- Strong financial planning expertise.
- CRM experience.
