About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • uses data analysis, discretion, and independent judgment to provide insights into strategic initiatives related to HR management planning.
  • Evaluates the HR business programs and end user data requirements.
  • develops analytical and reporting tools to address those needs.
  • Serves as HR business analytics subject matter expert and supports HR in the utilization of analytics to promote achievement of HR program objectives.
  • Creates meaningful HR metrics and reporting that provide insights into strategic issues related to workforce planning and management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources or Administrative Support experience.
  • Minimum of one year of analytics experience related to HR.
  • Preferred: Hospital or Healthcare experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
  • Preferred: Coursework in Data Analytics for HR; Workday report writer and/or calculated fields training.
  • Required: Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong experience developing and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Ability to develop and frame analytical findings in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organization skills.
  • Strong listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with various levels of management and maintain a critical level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
