About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- uses data analysis, discretion, and independent judgment to provide insights into strategic initiatives related to HR management planning.
- Evaluates the HR business programs and end user data requirements.
- develops analytical and reporting tools to address those needs.
- Serves as HR business analytics subject matter expert and supports HR in the utilization of analytics to promote achievement of HR program objectives.
- Creates meaningful HR metrics and reporting that provide insights into strategic issues related to workforce planning and management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources or Administrative Support experience.
- Minimum of one year of analytics experience related to HR.
- Preferred: Hospital or Healthcare experience.
- Bachelor's Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- Preferred: Coursework in Data Analytics for HR; Workday report writer and/or calculated fields training.
- Required: Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong experience developing and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Ability to develop and frame analytical findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Strong attention to detail with good organization skills.
- Strong listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work with various levels of management and maintain a critical level of confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
