About the role
- Test our application to make sure introduced changes meet requirements.
- Identify opportunities to extend the level of test’s automation.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations.
- Set the test strategy to ensure that all aspects of the business and technical capability can be tested and the application meets the required level for quality, performance and stability.
- Define, implement and manage the test process that ensures all testing is executed in such a way as to meet all required controls.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce the time needed to achieve the required levels of test coverage.
Requirements
- A strong graduate degree in Computer Science, Business or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT or business sectors.
- Fluent in English oral and written communications.
- Intermediate knowledge in several industries: finance, telecommunication and technology.
- Authorised to work in Poland.
