About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for FNG
- Supervise, mentor and train the Associate Director
- Build relationships with foundations and investors
- Lead and coordinate FNG’s statewide efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, or related field
- At least eight (8) years of experience in the government, nonprofit, political, or human services sector
- Proven track record in political, policy, and organizing
- Strong understanding of California's state and local political processes
- Experience managing remote staff and teams of consultants
