About the role

  • Support the design and development of interactive, user-centered online learning courses using Articulate authoring tools
  • Incorporate interactive features, multimedia content, and downloadable resources
  • Support the adaptation of existing courses for specific content areas and audiences
  • Incorporate accessibility standards and adult learning principles into all learning materials
  • Revise, update and track course materials based on user feedback
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning360 LMS platform
  • Configure courses, user permissions, and learning paths to optimize user experience
  • Manage user enrollment, certification tracking, and completion reporting
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support when needed
  • Develop and implement LMS policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Train staff and end-users on LMS functionality and features
  • Monitor system performance, user engagement metrics, and learning outcomes
  • Evaluate and recommend LMS upgrades, integrations, and new features
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols
  • Collaborate with product team to manage timelines, develop, update and document processes, meet deliverables, and support communications related to new courses, course updates and adaptations
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance and support for external learners and internal staff
  • Provide demos and training for internal teams and external stakeholders to promote use of the courses and LMS fluency
  • Assist in drafting sections of proposals and pitch materials related to Children’s Funding Project’s LMS-based products and services
  • Help maintain and update LMS-specific templates, boilerplate text, and organizational qualifications for proposals
  • Enter and maintain LMS-related opportunities in customer relationship management (CRM) systems or trackers; help monitor deadlines, proposal status, and follow-ups
  • Work with the products lead, executive leadership, and cross-functional Directors to gather input for proposals, impact storytelling and reporting related to the LMS
  • Assist in producing reports on LMS-related business development activities for leadership review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, economics, finance, education, social work, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and professional development
  • 1–2 years of experience using course authoring tools
  • 1–2 years of experience administering and managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to apply this to e-learning courses
  • Background in universal design for diverse adult learners
  • Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills
  • Content knowledge and experience of services for children and youth at local, state, and/or federal levels
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and across teams
  • Commitment to equity and social justice for all children and youth
