About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in conducting an exhaustive review of related regulations, guidance, or policy
  • Support the analysis of current human factors data, processes, criteria, and analytical methods
  • Conduct exhaustive literature searches and execute comprehensive literature reviews
  • Organize complex SME notes, data, reports, and feedback
  • Support other project SMEs with real-time note-taking and data collection during flight simulator beta testing
  • Document research results and compile foundational material for drafting and structuring technical reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree
  • Five (5) + years experience conducting an exhaustive review of related regulations, guidance, or policy
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Hands-on experience developing survey questions and administering questionnaires using professional survey software such as Qualtrics
  • Utilization of statistical software such as SPSS and/or R to analyze data
  • Extensive experience in academic writing, technical editing, and formal document formatting
  • Ability to assist in evaluating and synthesizing human factors workload assessment literature
