About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in conducting an exhaustive review of related regulations, guidance, or policy
Support the analysis of current human factors data, processes, criteria, and analytical methods
Conduct exhaustive literature searches and execute comprehensive literature reviews
Organize complex SME notes, data, reports, and feedback
Support other project SMEs with real-time note-taking and data collection during flight simulator beta testing
Document research results and compile foundational material for drafting and structuring technical reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree
Five (5) + years experience conducting an exhaustive review of related regulations, guidance, or policy
Demonstrated proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Hands-on experience developing survey questions and administering questionnaires using professional survey software such as Qualtrics
Utilization of statistical software such as SPSS and/or R to analyze data
Extensive experience in academic writing, technical editing, and formal document formatting
Ability to assist in evaluating and synthesizing human factors workload assessment literature
