Define and improve the software architecture of CMS applications through industry standard design patterns across the technical stack
Implement Enterprise Change Management projects by developing, implementing and maintaining Java-based applications, components and interface solutions
Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables
Lead the development of different application modules
Maintain and develop current and future design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
Provide technical leadership in the sustained effective delivery of high-quality software solutions
Collaborate within a small team supporting a federal program, ensuring alignment with complex federal systems that support the provision of healthcare

Requirements

Public Trust Clearance is required
Must be a U.S citizen or green card holder (green card holder should be in the country the last 3 out of 5 years)
Expertise and experience in SQL queries and the development of stored procedures
Experience working in a federal environment with an understanding of the relationship between team products and complex federal systems
Solid expertise in the continued development and maintenance of JAVA-based software and in using stored procedures to support content via an existing API
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and a minimum eight (8) years of experience, with a focus on healthcare IT, health data exchange, or interoperability
