About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts
Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations
Dispensary inventory management and order processing
Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions
Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
