About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
  • Manage day-to-day store, dispensary and team operations
  • Manage dispensary inventory and process orders
  • Provide professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions
  • Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
  • Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice
  • Submit application form and resume
  • Participate in an on-site interview at the preferred store if shortlisted

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
  • Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial acumen and attention-to-detail skills
  • Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
  • Must hold appropriate working rights
  • Ability to work in pharmacies throughout shifts, often standing for long periods
  • Ability to perform repeated movements and lift heavier items during stock replenishment
