About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help customers and assist with general queries
- Keep shelves stocked
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
- Serve customers and process purchases through the Point-of-Sale system
- Set up displays for catalogue promotions
- Work collaboratively with the supportive store team to keep operations running smoothly
- Attend an on-site interview at the preferred store if shortlisted
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stamina, commitment, and focus
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive movements and lift heavy objects
- Satisfactory National Criminal History Check
- Appropriate working rights
- S2 & S3 training and Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
