About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all Franchise Brand events nationally
  • Develop and maintain the annual Franchise Brand events calendar
  • Deliver premium events that strengthen franchise partner engagement and reinforce the Amcal and DDS brands
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, accommodation, travel, catering, production, registrations and communications
  • Develop event budgets and manage expenditure within approved limits
  • Manage supplier contracts and negotiate value for Sigma Healthcare
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with Public Relations and Events team supplier-funded events, activations and store openings
  • Provide high-level administration and operational support to the Franchise Brands Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Legal, Property, Finance, Marketing and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years’ experience in events, business administration or a related field
  • Experience in corporate event planning and coordination, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting change management or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Experience coordinating legal or commercial documentation is highly desirable
