About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all Franchise Brand events nationally
- Develop and maintain the annual Franchise Brand events calendar
- Deliver premium events that strengthen franchise partner engagement and reinforce the Amcal and DDS brands
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, accommodation, travel, catering, production, registrations and communications
- Develop event budgets and manage expenditure within approved limits
- Manage supplier contracts and negotiate value for Sigma Healthcare
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with Public Relations and Events team supplier-funded events, activations and store openings
- Provide high-level administration and operational support to the Franchise Brands Leadership Team
- Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Legal, Property, Finance, Marketing and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years’ experience in events, business administration or a related field
- Experience in corporate event planning and coordination, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting change management or continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Experience coordinating legal or commercial documentation is highly desirable
